Read the sermon summary: In our passage for this Sunday, Paul begins the conclusion of the letter to the Romans. While he is confident of their Christian maturity, he emphasizes the importance of the reminders he has written to them. Interestingly, he boasts about his ministry to the Gentiles, but only in that the Lord Jesus Christ has accomplished his work through him. We see that while Paul is satisfied with his ministry to the Gentiles thus far, he is not content to stop. He must keep going so that the name of Jesus would be proclaimed to those who had never heard.
